Frequently Asked Questions
Turkey is one of the world's largest natural stone exporters, supplying marble, travertine, limestone, granite and onyx as quarry blocks, slabs, cut-to-size tiles and mosaics. Our verified manufacturers cover the full range, from raw blocks to calibrated, finished tiles ready for installation.
Most export orders start at one 20-foot container, roughly 20 to 25 tons or about 400 to 600 square metres of tiles. Mixed lots are possible, and the exact MOQ for each product is confirmed in your written quotation.
Yes. Sample tiles and cutter samples are available on request so you can check colour, finish and quality first. Sample and courier costs are quoted case by case and, where stated, credited against your first bulk order.
Slabs travel in seaworthy steel A-frame bundles and tiles in fumigated wooden crates on pallets. We ship under the Incoterm you choose, such as FOB, CIF or DAP under Incoterms 2020, from Turkish ports to over 50 countries.
A typical shipment includes the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading and material test reports, plus a phytosanitary certificate for the wooden packaging. CE-marked material is available where your market requires it.
