Duty and paperwork
Worked stone (HS 6802), ceramic tiles (HS 6907) and building materials are industrial goods under the EU–Turkey Customs Union: with an A.TR movement certificate they enter France at 0% duty. Import VAT (20%) applies and is normally reverse-charged on the importer’s VAT return. Every shipment leaves with commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or CMR, A.TR certificate and, for tiles, the EN 14411 Declaration of Performance. - Send an RFQ with stone, finish, sizes, thickness and volume — written quote within 24 hours, ex-works, FOB Izmir, CIF Marseille-Fos or DAP your depot.
- Approve courier samples at your showroom.
- Production to your specification (2–5 weeks), quality check and loading photos.
- Full-truck or container delivery with originals sent to your forwarder.
