Porcelain is the tile body that does the heavy lifting: water absorption ≤ 0.5%, frost-proof, fit for floors, facades and outdoor use. The factories around Kütahya, Bilecik and Eskişehir produce glazed and technical porcelain in the standard export formats 60×60, 60×120, 80×80 and 20 mm outdoor pavers — alongside lighter glazed ceramic where the budget calls for it.
Surfaces run from polished and lapato to matt and technical anti-slip. For public and wet areas fix the slip rating (R9–R13) in the order; for large formats specify rectified edges and the layout pattern so calibre codes match across the whole delivery.

Container quantities and export terms
A 20ft container carries 23–26 tonnes — about 850–950 m² of 10 mm porcelain in 60×60, less in large formats and 20 mm pavers. Mixed-format project orders are consolidated at the factory, and floor tile ships together with matching wall tile and trim in one load to the USA or Europe.
